Sara talked her into trying the Matrix Opti Smooth Relaxer. We have all had great results with the heat method of application. It is a 3 hour procedure that uses the relaxer, then the hair is blow dried, flat ironed then neutralized. The 2nd picture shows the client after blow drying and touching her hair up with the flat iron.
